How long does my order take to ship?

Your personalized item leaves my store within 5 business days. If I have the inventory in stock, will be sooner, but if I have to acquire your item, it may be five days. For team or group items, approximately one and half weeks lead time. Shipping method is UPS. Ship to USA only. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

RETURN POLICY

No Returns on Personalized Items, unless order is incorrect. All orders are in writing and can be modified to your request before being done and shipped to you. Will confirm with customer in writing through email to be clear your specifications are correct.
